Carina Trustram Eve is a highly experienced program analyst currently supporting the Department of Energy’s Clean Cities program at Energetics since July 2022. Prior to this role, Carina served as Co-Coordinator for the Centralina Clean Fuels Coalition from October 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included grant reporting, stakeholder engagement, and event facilitation. Carina also worked as a Regional Planner for the Centralina Council of Governments, managing various regional projects. Experience includes serving as a Public Engagement Intern for the Town of Marshville and a Citizen Diplomacy Intern at International House, along with roles in administrative and customer service positions. Carina holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
