Don McDaniel is a technology and business leader with extensive experience in the development and application of solid-state optical technologies across various markets. Don served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where they guided investment programs for fiber optic communications. They held several leadership roles in organizations such as Nortel Networks and IntelliSense, Corp., managing teams and multimillion-dollar programs focused on innovative optical technologies. Currently, Don is the Vice President and General Manager of the EUV business unit at Energetiq Technology, overseeing the development of specialty light sources for the semiconductor industry. Don earned a Ph.D. from The University of New Mexico and holds both a BS and an MS from Arizona State University and Northeastern University, respectively.
