Neila Watson is a Mechanical Engineer at Energetiq Technology, having progressed from an Associate Mechanical Engineer role and a Manufacturing Engineering Intern position within the same company. During the internship, Neila designed a test fixture using SolidWorks and managed procurement processes for necessary hardware. Experience also includes an Engineering Intern role at Bluebird Graphic Solutions, where Neila worked on preparing materials for signage projects, including contributions to Boston Children’s Hospital. Prior experience as a hostess at Za Pizza and Salad involved managing reservations and facilitating communication among staff and customers. Neila holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and graduated from Arlington High School.
