Russell Collins

Russell Collins possesses extensive experience in project coordination and asset investigation within the Energex company since May 2000. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator, Russell manages customer-driven, refurbishment, and distribution capital works for the Northern region while also fulfilling training and assessment roles for the Trouble Call Dispatch Department during major network events and storm seasons. Previous roles at Energex include Asset Failure Investigation Officer, Project Coordinator for C25 works, and Works Coordinator, all emphasizing technical training and project management. Russell’s foundational experience includes electrical fitting and joining at M & M Electrical Service from 1993 to 1997. Educational qualifications consist of diplomas in Project Management and Business Management from the University of New England Partnerships and Brisbane North TAFE, along with certifications in Training and Assessment from Next Training and ongoing training education at Brisbane North TAFE.
