Margaret O'Shaughnessy serves as the Marketing Products and Project Manager at Energia since February 2013, overseeing team management and reporting to the Director of Res/Bus Marketing. O'Shaughnessy is responsible for the Agile implementation of strategic smart product development, leading to increased adoption levels. In 2020, O'Shaughnessy introduced a customized product management system to streamline product introductions. Prior to Energia, O'Shaughnessy worked as a Research and Development Consultant from 2010 to February 2013, focusing on projects related to websites and online communities, and as a VoIP Product Developer and Project Manager at eircom from 1997 to 2009, where significant contributions were made to the VoIP product suite and business IP product development. O'Shaughnessy's career also includes roles as a Marketing Consultant at Marketing Partners and as a Consultant at Pembroke Consultants, where initial business plans for grant applications were developed. O'Shaughnessy holds a Marketing Degree from Trinity College, Dublin, and a B.Sc. in Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.
