Ross O'Mullane has extensive experience in digital marketing and leadership roles. Ross most recently served as the Head of Digital at Energia, where they led a team in creating efficient campaigns, content, and user experiences. Prior to this, they held positions as a Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at Energia. Before joining Energia, Ross worked as the Director at Headfort School and as the CMO (Contract) at Evercam - Construction Cameras. Ross also served as the Marketing Director at TheIrishStore.com and GiftsDirect.com, where they sold Irish products primarily in North America. Ross worked as a Digital Brand Manager at Sportsbet, where they replicated the success of the Paddy Power brand in Australia. Ross also held various roles at Paddy Power plc, including Televisionary (Digital/Brand Manager) and Marketing Manager. Before that, Ross gained experience as an Online Consultant at Travel Finders and as an Online Marketing Manager at Stein Travel. Ross briefly served as the Commercial Director at Phorest Salon Software. Ross began their career as a Marketing Manager at oxygen.ie.

Ross O'Mullane obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from altMBA in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Trinity College Dublin from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a B.A. Mod degree in Information and Communication Technology. In addition, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology from Trinity College Dublin during the same period.

Before their time at Trinity College, Ross O'Mullane attended De La Salle College in Churchtown, Dublin 14 from 1991 to 1997. Ross completed their Leaving Cert at this school.

In terms of additional certifications, Ross O'Mullane obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021.
