Patrick Timony

Patrick Timony has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Patrick currently serves as the Commercial Finance Director at Energia Group, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Energia, including Corporate Development Manager and Commercial Manager for Energia Renewables. Patrick started working at Energia in 2010 and continued until May 2022. Before joining Energia, Patrick worked as the Financial Controller for Generation & Renewables at Energia from 2004 to 2010. Patrick also worked as an SAP Consultant at Siemens from 2000 to 2004.

Patrick Timony completed their secondary education at St. Finians College, Mullingar from 1985 to 1990. Patrick then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Accounting from the Waterford Institute of Technology, graduating in 1994. Additionally, they obtained a CIMA certification in Accounting from CIMA, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. Later, in 2014 to 2015, Patrick pursued a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
