Luca Simonini

Luca Simonini began their work experience in 2003 as an Aiuto elettricista at Pataccini S.r.l. In 2004, they worked as a stagista for quadri elettrici di macchine industriali at NST S.r.l. Luca then had a summer job at MD Microdetectors S.p.a., where they performed tasks such as assemblaggio di sensori magnetici e ottici and test di funzionalità dei sensori. In 2005, Luca worked as an elettricista per quadri elettrici di macchine industriali at NST S.r.l. Later in 2011, they joined Maserati as a bench and vehicle test and validation electronic engineer, focusing on maintenance, updating specifications, and validation through test bench and vehicle testing. In the same year, they also started working as an Ingegnere elettronico at Waycon Technologies. From 2013 to 2023, Luca had various roles at Ferrari, including trackside power unit electronic engineer, test vehicle electronic engineer, and bench and dyno electronic engineer. Most recently, Luca joined Energica Motor Company S.p.A in 2023 as the Head of the Electronic Testing Team.

Luca Simonini pursued their education from 2005 to 2011 at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. During this period, they completed their Laurea Specialistica degree in Ingegneria elettrica ed elettronica.
