Wendy Parker, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wendy began their career in 1996 at Lockheed Martin, where they supported NASA's Extravehicular Activity (EVA) Project Office as a Biomedical Hardware Engineer. During their time at Lockheed Martin, they played a crucial role in the NeuroLab mission, providing support for the development, testing, and delivery of experiment flight hardware.

In 1998, Wendy joined UTC Aerospace Systems, where they held various roles over a span of 15 years. As a Waste Collector Subsystem Project Engineer, they managed technical activities related to modification and upgrades for the waste collector subsystem fleet in the Space Shuttle Program.
