Bonnie Carson

Bonnie Carson has a solid work experience in various roles related to employee benefits, pensions, and financial management. Bonnie is currently working at Énergie NB Power as the Director of Employee Wellbeing & Total Rewards (Acting) since November 2023. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Pension & Benefits at the same company since May 2022. Before joining Énergie NB Power, Bonnie worked at the University of New Brunswick as an HR Consultant focused on benefits and pensions from September 2018 to June 2022, and as the Manager of Payroll Services from July 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, they have experience in the pension services industry as the Team Lead at Vestcor Pension Services Corporation from August 2015 to June 2017. Bonnie Carson obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of New Brunswick in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they completed three years of a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in accounting at Mount Allison University from 1986-1989. Bonnie also has a certification in Human Resources Management, although the institution and exact time of obtaining the certification are unknown.
