Khriscia Utria Salas

Khriscia Utria Salas has a strong background in energy management and engineering, with experience in both industry and academia. Khriscia most recently worked as a Senior Energy Manager at Energiency, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Scientist at INSA Lyon from May 2022 to November 2022. Khriscia also worked as an Ingénieur d’études at INSA Lyon from January 2022 to March 2022. Before joining Energiency and INSA Lyon, Khriscia worked as an R&D Engineer at RSA le Rubis from December 2018 to December 2021. Khriscia held a position as a Full-Time Professor at Universidad Autónoma del Caribe from August 2013 to August 2020. Khriscia also worked as an Ingénieur d'études at INSA Lyon - CETHIL from April 2017 to July 2018. Khriscia started their career as an Investigator at RWTH Aachen University in May 2012 and later served as a Part-time Professor and Investigator at Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from March 2011 to April 2012.

Khriscia Utria Salas pursued their education in the field of engineering, specializing in combustion and mechanical engineering. Khriscia completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Norte in 2008. In 2011, they attained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Sciences with a focus on combustion from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria. Later, in 2022, Khriscia Utria Salas received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, specializing in engineering. Additionally, in January 2016, they obtained a TOEFL IBT certification from The TOEFL® test institution.
