Sarah Oerfgen

Sarah Oerfgen is currently a Projektmanager Digitalisierung at Energieversorgung Oberhausen AG (evo) since July 2023. Previously, Sarah held the position of Projectmanager Organizational Development at VMRay from April 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing organizational development projects, overseeing the construction of a new company building, and optimizing processes. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Organizational Development & Agility and as an Executive Assistant in various companies, with a focus on operations and team management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, alongside a commercial trainer certification from IHK Essen.
