Nanna Chung Duus Andresen

Nanna Chung Duus Andresen has extensive experience in IT support, serving in various roles since 2003. Currently employed at Energinet as an Administrative Supporter since September 2025, Nanna has previously worked at Solar Group as a 1st level global IT-supporter, managing requests and incidents through the Jira Ticket System and providing phone support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Desk Supporter at Abena, also in 1st level global IT-support, and as an IT-supporter at LM Wind Power, where Nanna provided 2nd level on-site support in Denmark and the Netherlands. Nanna began the career in IT as a trainee at Danfoss and has foundational experience in administrative and technical tasks from earlier positions at Trelleborg Phønix A/S. Nanna holds an IT-supporter degree from EUC-Syd and has completed a business-focused HHX from Vejen Handelsskole.
