Torben Thyregod

Torben Thyregod has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as CFO at Energinet.dk since January 2011. Prior to this role, Torben held the position of Chairman of the Board at Terminal A from June 2008 to December 2011 and served as Interim CFO at Sanistål A/S from February 2009 to March 2010. Torben's previous experience includes significant roles at Copenhagen Airports A/S, where responsibilities included Deputy CEO and CFO, and Finance Manager from April 1994 to March 2008. Torben began a career in finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Engagement Manager from September 1990 to April 1994. Educational credentials include an EMBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute (1996 - 1998) and a Cand.merc.aud. in Economics from Aarhus University (1984 - 1990), following secondary education at Brønderslev Gymnasium (1979 - 1982).
