Caoimhe Toouli

Caoimhe Toouli, GAICD, CA, has extensive experience in audit and assurance, currently serving as Partner in Charge of Sydney Audit and Assurance at KPMG Australia since March 2006. In this role, Caoimhe oversees the planning and coordination of external financial audit engagements for major clients, including ASX 50-listed companies and US subsidiaries, and previously managed a team of 80 in KPMG Sydney's Transport, Infrastructure, Mining and Energy Group. Prior to this, Caoimhe held the position of Senior Manager - Audit at KPMG US from 2002 to 2006, specializing in software while qualifying as a US CPA in Silicon Valley. Caoimhe's career began in KPMG Ireland as an Audit Senior from October 1998 to October 2002. Caoimhe holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Hons) in Economics from University College Cork, obtained in 1998.
