David Kelly

David Kelly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consulting and enterprise applications across various sectors. Currently serving as the National Consulting Oracle Lead and Partner at KPMG Australia since April 2020, David previously held leadership roles at IBM, including Lead Account Partner for the Public Sector and Executive Partner for Next Gen Enterprise Applications. Prior to IBM, David was Vice President at Capgemini, heading Public Sector and Strategic Large Deals across APAC, and held a Senior Executive position at Accenture managing Enterprise Solutions in the region. David's early career includes significant roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plaut AG, Team 121, and Siemens plc, along with a strong educational background from The University of Manchester and Cambridge Judge Business School.
