Tom Bennett

Tom Bennett is an experienced professional currently serving as a Director at KPMG Australia since March 2018, and previously held the position of Associate Director. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Director for Internal Audit and SOAS Strategic Sourcing at KPMG US from April 2016 to February 2018, where leadership was provided in delivering a successful SOX Program for a prominent retail client while managing both on-shore and off-shore staff. Before transitioning to KPMG US, Tom was a Manager in Internal Audit, Risk and Controls Services at KPMG Australia from February 2008 to April 2016, overseeing internal audit plans and leading projects across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Government. Tom holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and possesses dual bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Banking and International Finance from Flinders University.
