Tom Herbert serves as the Head of Growth Enablement and Product practice at KPMG Australia since January 2020, overseeing a team of product managers and designers focused on developing digital products that deliver value to both KPMG and its clients. Previously, Tom led the Product Discovery team and managed innovation initiatives at KPMG Futures. Additional experience includes a series of leadership roles at KPMG US and KPMG Australia, with a strong background in business innovation and product management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Melbourne, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
