Amandine Goncalves

Amandine Goncalves has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Responsable Ressources Humaines for France and Italy at Energizer Holdings since March 2012. In this role, Amandine has established a France/Italy cluster to align procedures and share best practices, managed administrative processes for 120 employees from hiring to exit, and led career management initiatives such as talent reviews and performance management. Amandine has also been responsible for payroll preparation and training facilitation. Previously, Amandine held positions in HR management at Energizer for France and Spain, Allianz Group, Groupe BALAS, and Groupe Renault, focusing on training organization, career management, and administrative HR tasks. Amandine earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Institut de Gestion Sociale and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Université Évry Paris-Saclay.
