Carlos Grelle has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Carlos began their career at Schlumberger in 1991, where they held various positions such as Tax & Legal Assistant and Chief Accountant Assistant. From 1994 to 1996, they served as Tax & Legal Manager, implementing tax planning and compliance for the Wireline and Testing South Division. In 1995, they became Chief Accountant, responsible for consolidation and reporting of monthly results and forecast. From 1996 to 1998, Grelle served as Controller for the Wireline & Testing - Argentina, Bolivia & Chile segment, improving profitability through cost control programs. From 1998 to 2000, they were the Controller for OFS Argentina & Chile, centralizing the oilfield financial department.
In 2000, Grelle joined Energizer Holdings as the Controller, leading a team of 9 staff and participating in the spin-off of the Eveready Division of Ralston Purina Company. Carlos became the Finance Director in 2004, responsible for providing regional financial guidance and developing strategic plans. In 2013, their role expanded to cover Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. Grelle led finance organizations and managed teams of 15 colleagues in Argentina and 9 colleagues in Chile. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong financial management and leadership skills.
Carlos Grelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Buenos Aires from 1986 to 1991.
