Dan Durbin

Dan Durbin is a seasoned professional in battery research and development, with a career spanning over two decades. Since October 2015, Dan has held the position of Senior Director of Batteries R&D at Energizer Holdings, overseeing various battery technologies including alkaline, cylindrical, and coin lithium chemistries. Previous roles at Energizer include Director of Batteries R&D and Senior Manager in both Auto Care and Batteries R&D. Dan began the career at Energizer in January 2006, focusing on product technical support and marketing. Prior to joining Energizer, Dan worked at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials as a Process Engineer, with experience in production supervision and acrylic polymerization processes. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton, earned in 2000.
