Nadia Kowalczyk

Nadia Kowalczyk has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation and Project Management Offices and Senior Director of Global Marketing Activation at Energizer Holdings since May 2003. In this role, Nadia is responsible for driving demand and conversion across Battery, Portable Lights, and Auto Care businesses in over 100 markets. Previous positions at Energizer include Senior Director of International Marketing, Global Marketing Director for Batteries, and Director of Marketing for Portable Power. Nadia has guided product development and innovation within the Specialty Power category, leveraging consumer insights. Earlier in their career, Nadia focused on shopper marketing and brand management for prominent retailers like Target and Best Buy and held roles at Roche Diagnostics as an R&D Scientist and International Ambassador. Nadia holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Saint Louis University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Villanova University.
