Derek Sereda

Derek Sereda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Derek most recently worked at Energous as a Senior Program Manager in System Operations, and prior to that, they were a Senior Financial Operations Analyst at the same company. Before joining Energous, Derek worked as a Financial Operations Analyst.

In 2018, Derek worked as a Freelance Writer, gaining experience in writing. Derek also worked at Vail Resorts as a Resort Operations staff member for a little over a year. Prior to that, they worked at Helpshift as a Business Development Representative.

Derek has also had entrepreneurial experience as the Co-founder and COO of Maps and Taps, a startup they were involved in from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Account Executive at Yelp in 2015.

Through their various roles and experiences, Derek has developed a strong skill set in program management, financial operations, business development, writing, and resort operations.

Derek Sereda attended Saint Mary's College of California from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
