Keith Rosicker

Keith Rosicker has extensive experience in finance and accounting, having worked for various companies in different capacities. Keith worked at Hill Physicians Medical Group for 12 years, starting in 1998, where they served in multiple roles and mainly focused on managing revenue recognition and accounting for global payments. Afterwards, they briefly worked at Panhandle Community Services before moving to Hastings Entertainment, where they served as a Manager of SEC Financial Reporting for a year. In 2013, they became a Stay-at-home Dad/part-time consultant at Robert Half Management Resources, where they worked for one year before joining Energous Corporation, where they currently work as a part-time consultant. Keith started at Energous in 2014 as SEC Reporting Manager, later becoming Corporate Controller and Director of Finance. At Energous, Keith has undertaken various projects including upgrading accounting systems and implementing employee expense reporting, and they also played a key role in managing due diligence support for secondary equity offerings and private placement sales.

Keith Rosicker holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. Keith also has an MBA in International Business from Saint Mary’s College of California. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Leadership Silver Level from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in January 2020 and Certified Management Accountant from Certified Management Accountant: CMA® in January 2000.
