Gianni dal Pozzo

Gianni Dal Pozzo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as a member of the Technical Group on Industrial Policies at Confindustria since August 2024. As a co-founder and CEO of Considi, established in 1980, Gianni leads a prominent Italian consulting firm specializing in Operation & Innovation Management, focusing on the Toyota Production System and Lean Organization principles. Gianni also plays a vital role in the interior design sector as a partner and managing director of AD Dal Pozzo, a key player in the distribution of high-quality design products. Additionally, Gianni serves as president of the Alumni Association of the University of Padova and as vice president and board member at Gli Amici dell'Università di Padova. With a history of leadership roles at Confindustria Vicenza and various independent board positions, including IPV Pack and Energreen S.P.A., Gianni Dal Pozzo holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Padova.
