Ing. Susana Urresti

Ing. Susana Urresti serves as the Gerente Comercial at ENERGUATE since 2016, overseeing all activities related to billing, new customer connections, collections, loss control, customer service, and sales of value-added products in Guatemala's main electricity distribution company, which covers 83% of the national territory and serves over 2.4 million clients. Prior to this role, Susana held various key positions at Edesur SA from 1998 to 2016, including Gerente de Servicio al Cliente y Desarrollo de Mercado and Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial, where responsibilities encompassed channel coordination, contact center management, and the design of commercial strategies. Educational qualifications include an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master's in Marketing and Advertising Communication from Universidad del Salvador, along with specialized courses in corporate image and consumer behavior.
