Rolando Lara

Rolando Lara serves as the Head of Internal Audit at ENERGUATE since August 2016, bringing extensive experience in internal audit and management. Prior to this role, Rolando held positions including General Manager at Orsal and Corporate Audit Manager at Corporación Multi Inversiones. Experience at Millicom International Cellular included oversight of SOX control implementation and sustainability across Tigo group companies. Earlier in the career, Rolando was Operations Manager at GENPACT, where responsibilities included migrating finance and accounting processes for multinational clients, and served as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, managing teams and executing financial audits. Rolando holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Certified Public Accounting from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
