Nick O'Neil is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and technical analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Evaluation at Energy 350, Inc. since September 2014, Nick manages projects and clients while conducting engineering analysis for various research and evaluation initiatives. Prior experience includes managing the Regional Technical Forum at the Northwest Power and Conservation Council and serving as a Senior Planning Engineer at Energy Trust of Oregon, where Nick focused on the technical evaluation of energy efficiency measures. Earlier roles as a Mechanical Engineer at IDC Architects and A&K Consultants involved the design and oversight of commercial and industrial projects, alongside the development of MEP specifications. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
