Anthony J. Amendola

Anthony J. Amendola has extensive experience in the real estate and energy industries. Anthony J. was the Chief Financial Officer at Energy Advisors LLC, where they developed and funded energy efficiency and capital improvement projects. Prior to this, they served as President and Consultant at AMENDOLA ENTERPRISES, LLC/ MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions, where they helped improve asset valuations by incorporating CapX and energy efficiency improvements. Anthony J. was also responsible for project execution as Vice President Development and Construction at Lauth Property Group, Inc. In addition, Anthony has worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at PLANLED. Throughout their career, they have utilized a creative approach that combines classic real estate development, energy efficiency projects, private debt and equity sources, and energy-related incentive funds, while embracing green development and sustainable construction practices.

From 1984 to 1986, Anthony J. Amendola attended Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business where they earned an MBA degree in Finance and Economics.
