John Warren is the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Energy Alloys, a $200M+ oilfield service company. With a background in law and finance, John has held various executive positions in legal and human resources, always focusing on improving the organization's culture and promoting the finance function as a strategic business enabler. Prior to Energy Alloys, John was the Founding Owner and Managing Partner at Warren Law PLLC and a Co-Founder and Named Partner at Taylor & Warren, LLC. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance & Real Estate from Baylor University, a Doctor of Law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, and has completed the Executive Education – Emerging Chief Financial Officer Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
