Project Management

The Project Management team at the Energy and Security Group (ESG) coordinates and oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects that address critical energy and natural resource issues. The team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while aligning with ESG’s mission to expand the use of clean energy, enhance economic performance, and promote resource sustainability. They also provide strategic transaction advisory services and detailed project analysis to support decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
