Simon Metcalfe

Simon Metcalfe has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Simon is currently the Head of Business Development at Energy Aspects, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of EMEA Sales at the same company starting from March 2020. Before joining Energy Aspects, Simon worked at Wood Mackenzie, where they held various roles including Sabbatical, Sales Director, Head of Downstream Sales, and Global Head of Chemical Sales. Simon also gained experience as a Senior Oil Broker at GFI Group. Simon's career also includes a position as the Managing Director, Asia at SunGard FAME in Singapore. Additionally, they have worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Argus Media and a Sales Manager at Petroleum Argus. Earlier in their career, Simon served as a Senior English Teacher at O.E.C. Language Services and Kinki University Senior High School. Simon also held the role of Administration Manager at British Telecom and worked as an Instructor during their vacation time.

Simon Metcalfe attended Coventry University from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
