Kenzie Derma

Kenzie Derma brings over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as EVP and Head of People at Energy BBDO since June 2002. In this role, Kenzie Derma oversees all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and benefits, while leading a team of three. Prior to this position, Kenzie Derma held various roles at Energy BBDO, including SVP and VP of Talent & Diversity. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist at FCB from 1999 to 2001. Kenzie Derma is an alumnus of Miami University, graduating in 1999.
