Alan Slack

Alan Slack is an Operations Manager at EDL, responsible for managing a team of electrical and mechanical operators at gas-fired power plants in the Bowen Basin, QLD. With a background that spans diverse industries including banking, civil, government, and mining, Alan has cultivated a robust skill set in team development, project management, and IT governance. Previously, they held leadership roles in various organizations, including BHP Billiton, where they focused on service delivery and infrastructure management. Alan is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business/Commerce and a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they are actively involved in the local Not-for-Profit Crossfit Gym in Moranbah, QLD, where they contribute their time to coaching and governance.
