Dana Marie Sunga

Dana Marie Sunga is an accomplished geochemist with extensive experience in geothermal resource investigations. Currently serving as Lead Scientist at Energy Development Corporation since May 2014, Dana has previously held positions such as Research and Development Scientist and Exploration Geochemist, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating geochemical investigations for geothermal and other resource exploitation. Prior to this, Dana worked as a Technical Assistant at Geoscience Foundation Incorporated, specializing in geohazard mapping in Cavite and Laguna, and gained initial experience as a Student Assistant at the Volcano-Tectonics Laboratory at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Certificate in Geothermal Project Management from The University of Auckland.
