Du Xuan

Du Xuan is currently serving as the Program Director for Low Carbon Economic Growth at Energy Foundation China. With a background in environmental engineering and a Ph.D. in air pollution control, Du has also worked as a Program Officer at various organizations, including the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of the China Ministry of Environmental Protection. Their expertise lies in global environmental policy research, green finance, and low carbon transformation projects.
