Susan Tavernier

Susan Tavernier has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Susan started their career in 2006 as a Senior Financial Analyst at TXU. Susan then joined Luminant in 2006 as a Senior Credit Analyst and later became a Lead Analyst, responsible for portfolio optimization. In 2011, Susan moved to Energy Future Holdings, where they served as a Manager of Risk Reporting and later became a Director of Credit Risk. Since 2016, they have been working at Vistra Energy, initially as a Director of Credit Risk and later as a Sr. Director of Corporate and Retail Compliance, overseeing regulatory compliance and promoting an ethical organizational culture.

Susan Tavernier completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at Texas McCombs School of Business from 1998 to 2003. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
