Tom Daly is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in energy and commodities reporting. Currently serving as Corporate Reporter and Editor of Energy Intelligence Finance at Energy Intelligence since April 2022, Tom previously held the position of Commodities Correspondent at Thomson Reuters from July 2017 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Editor of International Oil Daily and Reporter at Energy Intelligence, where coverage spanned significant developments in the oil and gas sectors in China and the former Soviet Union. Tom's career began as a Business Reporter at 7DAYS, focusing on Dubai's financial situation during the 2008 crisis, and also includes a Deputy Editor role at ITP and Project Director at Global Business Reports. Tom is pursuing a Master's degree in Asian Studies at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and holds a BA (Hons) in French and German from the University of Oxford.
