Chadd Schurr, MBA, has a rich and diverse work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Chadd Schurr, is currently working as a National Sales Executive at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC), where they specialize in providing turnkey lighting and technology solutions. Chadd takes a lifecycle approach to support customer operations and brings customer environments into the future with the latest technology advancements.

Previously, Chadd served as the Vice President of Sales at SOULO, where they managed multiple teams and was responsible for strategic development, sales process management, resource deployment, and driving strong sales results. Chadd Schurr, believes in solution selling as the most effective way to achieve sales goals.

Prior to that, Chadd worked at DecoPac, Inc. as a Sr. Sales Manager and Sales Manager. In these roles, they were a member of the executive planning team and drove new business development strategies for the organization.

Chadd also has experience at TCP Lighting as a District Sales Manager, where they successfully managed and grew the 2nd largest district in the US. Chadd Schurr, worked closely with electrical distributors and their sales teams to identify opportunities and win contracts.

Before TCP Lighting, Chadd worked at Altria in various roles, including Key Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, and Intern Coordinator. Chadd Schurr, focused on increasing overall store revenue, reeducating top managers on product attributes, and implementing national contracts to promote volume growth.

Throughout their career, Chadd has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to sales and business development. Their experience spans different industries, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on sales and customer relationship management.

Chadd Schurr obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sales Business Marketing & Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University in the years 2001 to 2006. Chadd Schurr, then pursued further education at Eastern Michigan University and earned an MBA in Marketing Management from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, during their time at Western Michigan University, Chadd Schurr was a Division 1 Student Athlete in Soccer.
