John Loheit

Director, Labor Partner Development at Energy Management Collaborative

John Loheit has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John began their career at Datacard, where they held various roles such as Web Management, Business Analyst, Sales Automation and Administration, and Community Outreach. During their tenure at Datacard, they successfully implemented secure websites and intranets, as well as integrated sales force automation tools.

After their time at Datacard, John joined Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) as Director of Marketing, Customer Incentives, Sales, and IT. In this role, they built the marketing team, created brand awareness, managed IT systems, and developed collaborative relationships with utility partners. John also led the design and development of EMC's prioritization tool, EnergyMAXX, which received industry recognition.

In addition to their corporate roles, John was involved in community outreach. John served as a Datacard campaign leader for the Greater Twin Cities United Way, increasing contributions and overall involvement in related events. John also coached and was a board member for Hopkins Youth Hockey.

Furthermore, John served as a board member for the Corporate Volunteerism Council in the Twin Cities, where they provided marketing support and redesigned their website.

John Loheit attended Hopkins Eisenhower High School from 1974 to 1977. John then went on to pursue a degree in Communications with a focus on Marketing and Business at Augsburg University from 1996 to 2007.
