Kris Leaf

Kris Leaf has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kris is currently working as a Senior Manager of Customer Incentives at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Midwest Utility Programs at Willdan from March 2019 to November 2020. Before joining Willdan, they worked at The Weidt Group, where they held multiple roles including Principal, Director of Utility Programs from January 2018 to March 2019, Principal, Director of Operations from January 2016 to January 2018, Principal, Program Manager from January 2006 to January 2016, and Project Manager from March 2002 to January 2006. Kris Leaf's earliest work experience is as a Key Account Manager at Xcel Energy, where they worked from January 1996 to December 2000.

Kris Leaf has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to be completed in 2022. They also hold a certification as a LEED AP from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council).
