Robert Ridley

Robert Ridley has a diverse work experience primarily in the energy management industry. Robert is currently working at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) as the Vice President of Customer Solutions, a role they started in March 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Customer Solutions from September 2019 to February 2022. Prior to their role as director, they served as the Senior Manager of Program Management from February 2017 to August 2019.

Robert also has experience as a Manager of Service from January 2015 to January 2017 and as a Service Lead from January 2012 to December 2014 at EMC. Additionally, they worked as a Project Auditor from October 2009 to December 2011.

Before joining EMC, Robert had a summer internship at Pro Links Sports from May 2008 to August 2009.

Robert Ridley attended Saint Thomas Academy from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. Robert then enrolled at the University of North Dakota from 2004 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2008, they had a study abroad experience at the ACT - American College of Thessaloniki, where they studied International Business for a short duration.
