Ivy Stafford began their work experience as an exhibit volunteer at Carnegie Museum of Natural History in 2019. In 2021, Stafford worked as a geoscience research intern at Marine and Coastal Ecology Research Center. That same year, they started as a project coordinator at UES, where they worked on various residential and commercial construction projects, oversaw billing and invoicing, and acted as the main point of contact for client questions and concerns. Ivy was then promoted to project manager, where they successfully managed the development of a new arena, banks, and high-rise condominiums. In 2023, Stafford will begin working as a project and process manager at Energy Management Corporation.
Ivy Stafford holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Environmental Geography from Marshall University. Ivy has also obtained several certifications including Adult Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Trainings, OSHA-10 from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Quality Control and Management from the US Army Corps of Engineers, and veriDART from SafeTraces, Inc.
