Vince McKenney

Vince McKenney is an IT Systems Administrator with extensive experience in managing and administering Windows and Linux servers across various state departments in New Mexico. Currently serving as IT Systems Administrator II at the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department since August 2019, Vince oversees more than 100 servers, including active directory domain controllers, DNS and DHCP servers. Previous roles include IT Systems Administrator II at the New Mexico Human Services Department and the New Mexico Secretary of State, with responsibilities involving the administration of both Windows and Linux servers in virtual environments. Vince's early career includes positions as IT Generalist and IT Supervisor at the NM Department of Public Safety, and a Programming/Production Assistant role at New Mexico Broadcasting. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
