Director at Energy New England

David is responsible for the operations of a $26 million municipal light department. The Director is accountable for the general management of the department which includes budgeting, power supply portfolio, electric rates, finances, operation, maintenance, marketing, strategic planning, energy efficiency programs, and construction of the Town of Concord’s entire transmission and distribution system facilities. David offers over 21 years of experience in the utility industry pioneering new engineering ideas and concepts to enhance the Town’s electrical infrastructure. His skills remain on the cutting–edge, driving the implementation of new products as well as procedures and protocol within Town. David represents the Municipal Light Plant in the Northeast Public Power Association, participating on committees to contribute to the continuation of the goals of public power. He supervises, provides training, evaluates, and motivates employees to ensure effective electric power service. David has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Energy New England since May of 2013.
