Anne Raffetto

Anne Raffetto, SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Performance Improvement Program Manager at Energy Northwest, a role held since October 2012, focusing on continuous performance improvement through education and coaching. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Energy Northwest and a Government Contractor, overseeing HR operations and addressing conflict resolution and recruitment for diverse employee groups. Additionally, Anne was a Past Director for the SHRM Washington State Council from 2009 to 2014, leading HR professionals across the state. Previous positions include HR Director at Community Bank and Owner/Consultant at Anne Raffetto Consulting. Anne holds a BS in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Idaho.
