Johnny Houston

Johnny Houston possesses extensive experience in the field of radioactive material shipping and health physics, with a career spanning from 1989 to the present. Currently serving as the Lead Radwaste Transportation Specialist at Energy Northwest since October 2017, responsibilities include technical support and oversight of the radioactive material shipping program, development of shipping schedules, and regulatory reviews. Previously held significant roles at Ameren Missouri and STP Nuclear Operating Co., contributing expertise in budget management, training development, and interfacing with regulatory agencies. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, in addition to various nuclear training programs.
