Prior to this, Tony owned Tony Souza Copy, providing copywriting services to enhance client marketing strategies. Tony's career began in the US Navy, where a decade of service included roles such as Training Coordinator, Reactor Training, and Maintenance Technician, emphasizing leadership and technical expertise in nuclear operations. Educational credentials include an MBA and an MS in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, alongside a BA in Theology and various nuclear training certifications.
