Alex Jannen is an experienced fundraising and database management professional with a robust background in resource development. Currently serving as the Database Manager for Resource Development at Energy Outreach Colorado since September 2019, Alex previously worked as a Senior Fundraising Associate at Bison Fundraising Group, where campaign fundraising plans were created and implemented. Prior experience includes a position as Development Associate at Butterfly Pavilion, where Alex managed annual fundraising campaigns and developed an innovative hybrid donation program related to beehives. Alex began a career in project management as a Project Engineer at Hamon Infrastructure, overseeing budget management for major highway and bridge projects. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Colorado State University, completed in 2014.
Energy Outreach Colorado
Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers.
