Hillary Donovan is a dedicated professional with a background in education and program coordination. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Energy Outreach Colorado since August 2023, Hillary has previously worked as an English Language Teacher at Pracharratammakun Secondary School from November 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of High School and GED Coordinator at Hope House Colorado from January 2021 to September 2022 and as a Crew Leader at WisCorps in the summer of 2020. Hillary's international experience includes teaching for the Peace Corps from June 2019 to March 2020. Hillary holds a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Science with a focus on Natural Resource Management from the University of Wyoming, earned in May 2018.
Energy Outreach Colorado
Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers.
